Three Little Things I Love About Korea

by - 8:11 PM

Last September, one dream of mine came true when I visited South Korea. I've always fancied this country since high school. I became obsessed with koreanovelas, Korean actors and actresses, and almost everything about Korea! I'm pretty sure that a lot of people would understand this. Back then, I thought it would be difficult for me to go there until a seat sale opened an opportunity for me to visit the land of the morning calm.

So, here! I'm sharing with you the three little things I love about Korea:

1. Culture

I love that Korea was able to preserve old traditions and make it a point to showcase it to the world up until today. It's amazing that tourists from different parts of the world gather at the Gyeongbokgung Palace (and other palaces) to witness the changing of guards ceremony. Also, it's nice to see young Koreans having some sort of a field trip in the palace and museum. It just shows that Koreans are very particular in introducing their culture to the new generation.

2. Paris Baguette Cafe

Paris Baguette cafe was my go-to place when I visited Korea. I've tried several baked goodies and all of it were gratifying! I even brought home some bread. I just love it and will definitely try their cakes when I get back!

3. Free wet wipes

I love that restaurants and food chains in Korea provide wet wipes to their customers aside from cold towels and tissue paper. I really benefit from this because I like to keep my hands clean even if I am not going to eat.

Feel free to share with me the little things you enjoyed during your Seoul searching trip in Korea! :)
